Eagan and Eastview High School Students Finish in Top 10 at National Business Competition

Eagan High School and Eastview High School students showcased their skills and professionalism at the 2025 Business Professionals of America (BPA) National Leadership Conference (NLC), held May 7–11 in Orlando, Florida. 

Six District 196 students placed in the Top Ten nationally in their respective competitions. From Eastview High School, Megan Burri earned Top Ten honors in Ethics and Professionalism, and Rishik Kondadadi placed in the top ten in Medical Coding. From Eagan High School, Noah Claude, Muaz Diwan, Kinuthia Kinuthia, and Rahim Qureshi finished in the top ten in the Economic Research Team competition.

“The National Leadership Conference provides an incredible opportunity for students to challenge themselves, grow as leaders, and connect with peers who share a passion for professional development,” said Paul Kovach and Leah Lencowski from Eagan and Eastview, respectively. “We are proud of our students’ dedication and excellence on this national stage.”

Nearly 7,000 students from almost 800 chapters across the country and abroad attended this prestigious international event, which provides high-achieving business students the opportunity to compete, lead, and grow professionally. In addition to the competition, students participate in workshops, networking events, and leadership development activities that prepare them for future careers in business-related fields.
