EASTVIEW’S RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS HOLIDAY GIVING DRIVE

This year's holiday giving drive is supporting Eastview's Random Acts of Kindness fund.  EV counselors and administrators use these funds to support students and families in need.  We are seeking to provide gift cards to help families with weekend meals, personal care items, holiday gift giving, and more.  Please consider donating a gift card (or two) from the wish list!  Cash or check donations are also appreciated, and will be used to support Random Acts of Kindness like paying for a student in need to participate in a field trip, purchase a yearbook, or offsetting costs for Behind the Wheel, prom, etc.  You can send donations in with your student and/or drop them off at the West Entry Security Office between the hours of 7:30am - 2:30pm through December 20th.  THANK YOU!

The Lightning were lead by Cassidy Carson with 21 points and Brynn Schwanz with 11 points. Carson and Schwanz also lead the team with 6 rebounds each. (NEW) EASTVIEW HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS JUNIOR VARSITY BASKETBALL FALLS TO BURNSVILLE 41-35

December 17- The JV Girls Basketball team lost to Burnsville last night by a score of 41-35. The team was once again plagued by turnovers and struggled to defend against the aggressive driving and 3 point shooting of the Blaze. The Lightning made a run late in the game by putting on a half court trap that confused their opponent. However, they were unable to capitalize on their steals and couldn't close the gap. Britta Hagen and Vanessa Wright were the leading rebounders with 6 each. Several girls made the scoring column: Claire Pepin-7, Ellie Fulford-7, Savanah Gardner-6, Robyn Dayton-6, Caitlyn Han-5, Hagen-4, Wright-3, Olivia Ward-2, Lauren Machacek-1. They travel to Andover on Saturday for the last game before the holidays.
